Please check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. If you find any wrong, damaged, or defective item, you may return it immediately.

Returns are not accepted after delivery is completed and the delivery person has left.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging to be eligible for return.

Certain items such as perishable goods, innerwear, or personal-use products may not be eligible for return.
